• Environment Preparation: All installations are conducted in a bright, dust-free environment with controlled temperatures between 16°C and 30°C to ensure optimal adhesion and finish.
• Surface Preparation: The vehicle's surface undergoes a deep cleaning to remove all contaminants. Edges and corners are meticulously cleaned with alcohol to ensure a firm, safe, and durable fit.
• Film Cutting and Preparation: Using state-of-the-art technology, the ozone PPF is precisely cut to match your vehicle's specific dimensions, ensuring a perfect fit without unnecessary waste.
• Application Process:
  1. Initial Positioning: The film is carefully aligned and applied to the vehicle's surface, ensuring accurate placement.
  2. Fluid Application: A specially formulated installation fluid is used to activate the adhesive and allow for final adjustments without compromising the film’s integrity.
  3. Squeegee Technique: Air and installation fluids are expertly squeegeed out from under the film, starting from the center outward to the edges, ensuring a smooth, bubble-free installation.
  4. Edge Sealing and Inspection: The film edges are meticulously sealed and inspected. We employ a heating technique to bond the film seamlessly around corners and edges, enhancing durability and appearance.
